Well hello you guys! I have made it. I am alive and well! We got to the MTC around 11 last night and got settled in to our rooms. And i slept suprisingly well believe it or not. My companion currently is named Hermana Tirrell. She is a great lady and she is very easy to talk to which is nice. And she is from Washington. I just got my nametag a few minutes ago and now it feels real. Its a great feeling to wear the name of our Savior. Anyway, I am supposed to tell you which days I am going to be able to write you, Those days are the 17th and 22nd of September, and the 1st, 6th, and 15th of October. So get pumped for that because I am.
Supposedly I will be able to teach the first lesson in spanish by friday. So lets pray that actually happens. Most of the people I am with can speak some spanish, but not me. Im starting fresh. Sooner than we think I could be writing half of this in spanish. fingers crossed. I arrived here with 6 sisters. 5 of us will be going to Guayaquil and the 6th is going to Quito. The elders that we are with for the MTC stay are all very nice and they are going all over the place. Mostly in Columbia.
I want to thank you guys for all of your support and your love. I feel it now more than ever. I am praying for you and I know you are praying for me too. I love you so much and I will talk to you next week!
love Hermana Parker
